What is this handbasket we’re in, and where is it going?

Exposed reform

In what will be hailed as a revolutionary moment for the stripping industry, a Chilean stripper was arrested for using subway car poles to ply her craft. Her motive? To challenge the prudish nature of Chilean society.

Now that’s what I call protest. It’s worth noting, I suppose, that Morilles took the time and care to ensure her chosen subway cars were bereft of children. Though I would think that having children witness a subway stripper would do more in the long run for loosening up Chilean culture. True to her radical words and actions, Morilles refused to accept tips during her week at large.

So is Morilles a modern-day Chilean Charmion? Will more and more people begin to use the subway? Would a subway car dedicated entirely to burlesque bring in substantial revenue? Only time will tell.
